About this opportunity
The Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Eustis is issuing a Sources Sought Notice for increasing the ceiling on existing multiple award task order contracts for construction and renovation projects at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The government intends to raise the contract ceiling from $42,000,000 to $75,000,000 across five existing contracts (W911S7-24-D-0004 through W911S7-24-D-0008) to support essential industrial building construction activities. This is strictly a market research notice under NAICS code 236210 Industrial Building Construction, and the government is not currently seeking quotes, bids, or proposals. Interested parties must respond by August 20, 2025, providing detailed information about their capabilities, experience, and recommendations for structuring competition. The proposed ceiling increase represents an additional $33,000,000 in potential contract value, bringing the total from $42,000,000 to $75,000,000 across all five contracts. Companies responding to this sources sought notice must provide comprehensive details about their business size, certifications, previous experience on similar construction projects, and specific recommendations for enhancing competition among small businesses. The government emphasizes that no payment will be made for information provided in response to this notice, and all submissions become government property.
