The response deadline for this sources sought notice is March 23, 2026, with submissions required through Microsoft Forms as specified in the electronic submission instructions. This pre-solicitation notice does not establish evaluation criteria for future competitive proposals, as it is solely a market research tool to assess contractor availability before formal solicitation.

The renovation scope encompasses approximately 9,594 square feet of Vo-Tech building space, plus gymnasium modifications for Weight Room, Storage Space, and Wrestling Room relocation, along with construction of a new 75-foot-long, 24-foot-wide access road connecting the existing parking lot to the building's rear. The project falls under NAICS code 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) and PSC code Y1JZ (Construction of Miscellaneous Buildings), with no specific budget information disclosed in this pre-solicitation phase. No incumbent contractor is identified in this notice, as this represents a new enabling project to facilitate the larger Scott Middle School military construction initiative scheduled for fiscal year 2027.

Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction project.

Knox MHS Gymnasium to accommodate the relocation of the Weight Room, Storage Space and Wrestling Room from Vo-TECH Building.
