This acquisition is to crack seal, chip seal and asphalt paving at various locations at the Fontenelle Recreation Site. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies and materials. The contractor shall abide by all local, state, and federal EPA guidelines and regulations during the performance of the awarded contract. The performance period is one month from Notice to Proceed. Project Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. All contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive an award. The evaluation technique to be utilized for the contemplated award of the issued solicitation is Price. It is anticipated that the Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 25 May 2012 and will be posted on the Governments Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedconnect.net. and FedBizOps. This solicitation will be available by Internet only and solicitation documents will not be available by any other means.
