The contract includes an induction expiration date of 365 days after award, after which no additional assets may be received for repair without bilateral agreement. Contractors must provide throughput constraints for each National Stock Number (NSN), indicating their monthly repair capacity after initial delivery commences. The solicitation specifies detailed requirements for packaging, marking, and transportation, with delivery designated as "Other" and specific shipping instructions for UK and DSZ military units. Performance will take place in Philadelphia, PA, with the repair services conducted under the FMS case framework with specific ship-to and mark-for locations established for the UK military customer.
