About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime is seeking to procure a Fluid Pressure Filter Parts Kit, specifically NSN 4910-01-117-7943, through an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The anticipated contract will have a 1-year base period with 4 optional 1-year extensions, with a total potential duration not exceeding 5 years. Potential offerors must be prepared to provide comprehensive manufacturing evidence and submit proposals in English and U.S. dollars. The solicitation will utilize FAR Part 15 procurement procedures, with evaluation criteria encompassing multiple factors including price, delivery capabilities, past performance, and other specified elements. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on May 15, 2025, exclusively through the DIBBS website, with proposals due by June 16, 2025.
The contract is designated as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, allowing only small business entities to compete for the opportunity. The specific quantity of parts is not explicitly detailed, but the contract is structured to accommodate incremental deliveries with specific schedules to be outlined in the final RFP. While precise award value is not specified, the contract's multi-year structure suggests potential for significant ongoing procurement. Interested vendors must carefully review the full RFP when released, as they will be responsible for obtaining all necessary manufacturing data and providing evidence of their capability to produce the specified parts. Inspection and acceptance requirements will be comprehensively detailed in the final solicitation document, and all offers submitted in compliance with the guidelines will be considered.
