About this opportunity

The USDA Forest Service is soliciting quotes under an existing Land Management Integrated Resources (LMIR) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA 12363N23Q4023) for pre-commercial thinning and buck & grapple pile work at the Bend/Fort Rock Ranger District of the Deschutes National Forest, with quotes due by June 12, 2026. This is a total small business set-aside restricted to current LMIR BPA holders only; nonholders are ineligible regardless of size or ownership status.

The LMIR BPA is a national vehicle awarded to multiple small businesses under competitive procurement and available for use by all federal agencies across all National Forests and Grasslands. The scope encompasses pre-commercial thinning operations with mechanical pile treatment. The underlying BPA itself covers diverse work categories including professional services, natural resources restoration, engineering, project management, NEPA compliance, and communications support.

Only existing LMIR BPA holders should respond. Contractors not currently on this vehicle should pursue membership in the BPA rather than respond to this individual task order call.
