About this opportunity

The Marine Corps published a Special Notice to announce its intent to award an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract on a sole-source basis to Ternion Corporation. The contract concerns software licenses, maintenance, and modification services for Ternion's Flexible, Analysis, Modeling, and Exercise System and Automated System Trainer applications in support of the Common Aviation Command and Control Increment I system.

The purpose of the Special Notice is to procure ongoing software licensing and lifecycle support services from Ternion, as the original equipment manufacturer of the applications already customized and integrated for the CAC2S program. Interested parties have fifteen days to submit capability statements for consideration, though award is at the government's discretion. The contract is expected to be awarded in fiscal year 2025 for a five year ordering period to provide continued software licensing and upgrades/modifications for the FLAMES/FAST applications aiding the CAC2S Increment I effort.
