The prevailing vendor will be required to submit a material sample (5 gallons minimum) along with a lab evaluation, to the Merritt Island NWR Refuge HQ office, 1963 Refuge HQ Rd, Titusville, FL 32780, at least 10 days prior to bid award for evaluation and approval.

1. Total Tons/Yards Required: Approximately 17,850 tons. Pre-Award PR modification will be done once quantities and pricing are finalized. Material will need to be inspected prior to starting deliveries to ensure quality of material is up to standards. Random inspections to ensure quality will be performed by refuge staff.
