Contractors must be prepared to provide state and region server program licenses, school licenses with flexible transfer capabilities, and comprehensive technical support meeting specific requirements. Eligibility is limited, with the notice indicating that only one vendor (BSN Games) can meet the agency's needs. Key technical requirements include Windows 11 compatibility, minimum 4GB memory, FedRAMP Level 2 compliance, and strict data protection protocols. The contractor must provide asynchronous webinars, industry-standard technical support within one business day, and ensure compatibility with DoDEA's Schoology learning management system.
