The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract and reserves the right to order between four to seven licenses for the base year, with the selected quantity remaining consistent across option years. The place of performance is Washington, DC 20002, and offerors must submit a 10-page technical volume demonstrating their capabilities along with a completed pricing schedule.
