The notice invites interested parties to submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet the requirement; all written quotations and responses received within seven business days of the notice will be considered. The government reserves sole discretion to determine whether to compete the procurement based on responses received. Submissions must be sent via email to the Contract Specialist at apatel@cpsc.gov; phone calls will not be accepted.
