Added: Jul 18, 2014 4:09 pm Bureau of Land Management (BLM) NM Farmington Field Office, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation under commercial items procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, and Part 36 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number L14PS00805 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of July 18, 2014, and close date of August 1, 2014. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25. This is set-aside for small business set aside. The North American Standard Industrial Classifications System (NAICS) Code is 237130- Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction; small business size standard is $36.5 million; Product Service Code (PSC) N061 Installation of Equipment-Electric Wire and Power.

Farmington Field Office is requesting proposals for 2014 Farmington Field Office Haz-Mat Building Electrical Service, a construction project. Project Summary: A. 1. Description of Work: Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to design and install electrical service to the Hazardous Materials (Haz-mat) storage building and the seed storage building in the Farmington Field Office (FFO) ware yard. 2. Power service will come from the FFO warehouse that is located approximately 200 feet from the Haz-mat and seed storage buildings. 3. Provide an emergency means to cut power at terminal location.

B. Location: Work under this contract is located at the BLM Farmington District Office Administrative Site, 6251 College Boulevard, San Juan County, Farmington New Mexico. The work location is shown on the work location map and site utility map.
