This amendment is issued to posted answers to vendor's questions:
1Q) Will you consider quoting several different hotels or prefer 24-48 people at one hotel?
1A) Yes, we will consider several hotels, however, we prefer not to split classes.
2Q) In regards to the synopsis/solicitation listed above, what is the maximum number of rooms possibly required at any one hotel per night. 48 guest rooms per night (maximum class size), 96 guest rooms per night (4 classes per day of 24 attendees or 2 classes per day of 48 attendees) or 288 guest rooms per night (6 per day of 48)? I understand the class sizes will vary from 24 to 48 attendees and the length of stay could vary from 5 to 14 days.
2A) It will depend on the availability of the hotel.
3Q) Can the proposal deadline be extended? We would suggest a 2:00PM 26Jan18 deadline.
3A) No.
4Q) What are the class dates and corresponding number of rooms required for this solicitation? The information in the "REQUIREMENTS AND DATES" section of "70LGLY18QGLB00030_HOTEL_SOLICITATION.pdf" lists classes that start and/or end in the past.
4A) It is preferred that a list of available dates are submitted instead of actual classes date ranges, due to changes to the classes.
5Q) What is the FLETC intent with regard to accommodating all of the students for the entire length of a given class. I am inquiring about the Hotel Lodging for FLETC students beginning Feb. 1, 2018 through March 31, 2018.
5A) FLETC plans to accommodate all of the students.
6Q) Are you looking for single occupancy rooms?
6A) We are looking for single/double rooms, however there will be one student per room.
7Q) Will there only be up to a maximum of 48 students at a time at the hotel or could there be more?
7A) The government may place more than one classes at a hotel, if the hotel has available.
No more vendor's questions may be submitted, this is the final posting of vendor's questions.
