The requirement covers daily disinfectants, sterilants, detergents, and monitoring supplies including Acidulate 150 (140 gallons in 55- or 30-gallon drums), Enviro-Kleen 500N (110 gallons), Wex-Cide 128 (four cases of 4 gallons), Acidulate 45T HFDF (four cases of 4 gallons), Vimoba 1.5-gram tablets (three cases of 150 tablets), MB-10 6.0-gram tablets (three cases of 160 tablets), surface samplers/swabs (three cases of 100 swabs), and Tri-Temp 160–180 degree thermometer strips (12 packs of 16), with six approximate 60-day deliveries per period. Offerors may propose brand-name or equal products meeting all specified salient characteristics. The base period runs July 15, 2026 through July 14, 2027, with two optional 12-month renewal periods through July 14, 2029.
Quotes must be submitted by email only to Tim Walbert at timothy.walbert@fda.hhs.gov using the amended pricing Excel template. Submissions must include SAM registration, UEI number, country-of-origin information for Buy American Act compliance, technical conformance documentation, and an Accessibility Conformance Report if applicable. The government will award to the lowest-priced technically acceptable and responsible offeror. Payment terms are Net 30 days after government acceptance; all invoices must be submitted electronically through the Department of Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform.
