About this opportunity

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is conducting market research to identify potential vendors, including small businesses, for multimedia support and management services required by its Digital Communication Media Staff (DCMS). The key services sought include 4K video production, remote hosting, content development, live webcasting/broadcasting, and system design and engineering. The purpose is to support the FDA's communication and education initiatives.

This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) issued for planning purposes only, not a solicitation. The anticipated contract is a 5-year Time-and-Materials award on a competitive 8(a) set-aside basis. The government is requesting information from interested parties about their capabilities, experience, and ability to meet small business requirements, but will not pay any costs associated with responding to the SSN. Responses will help the government determine the appropriate acquisition method, but no proposal submission is required at this time.
