Place of performance is Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The RF shielded enclosure must provide minimum signal attenuation of -85 dB to -100 dB across 400 MHz to 18 GHz, verified per IEEE 299, MIL-STD-285, or MIL-STD-188-125. The system must be a portable, soft-walled, self-contained structure with RoHS-compliant materials, lightweight anodized frame, RF-isolated door system, integrated heavy-duty floor, and double-stitched conductive seams. The footprint must be either 7'x7' or 9'x9'; dimensions outside these specifications are unacceptable. Integrated components required include an I/O plate with eight RF signal lines (SMA and N-Type connectors), four high-speed data ports (10G RJ-45), four filtered USB ports, one filtered AC power input (15A+), shielded honeycomb air vents with intake fan and exhaust, and EMI-hardened LED lighting. All textile and fabric components must comply with the Berry Amendment, requiring domestic origin materials. The system must include an RF airlock vestibule attachment. Quoters must submit independent laboratory test documentation confirming RF shielding performance, product literature, a signed Berry Amendment compliance statement, commercial setup/teardown/maintenance instructions (physical and digital copies), and standard commercial warranty commencing upon Government acceptance. Award is firm-fixed-price on best value basis, evaluated on price, technical factors, and past performance with no specified order of precedence. MCI-EAST RCO has a requirement for one (1) Faraday/EMI tent aboard Camp Lejeune, North Carolina in accordance with the specifications of the solicitation.
The proposed action is set-aside for Total 100% Small Business concerns. The best suited NAICS and PSC identified for this requirement are NAICS 314910 Textile Bag and Canvas Mills and PSC 8340 Textiles, Clothing & Equipage. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in SAM.
The complete Request for Quotation, including a detailed specification and component list is attached. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation which may be considered.
