ORP sub-leases 2440 Stevens Center through General Services Administration (GSA). The building owner is Extended Legacy, LLC (Garlick). The facility manager is Stevens Center Management (SCM). Routine services, maintenance, and repairs are provided through the leasing arrangement. ORP has specific requirements for alterations not provided through the lease that must be performed in accordance with the terms of the lease.
