About this opportunity
This solicitation (FA8250-26-Q-0741) has been canceled and is no longer active. The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Sustainment Center originally sought repair of one Power Supply Assembly (NSN 6130013693392, Part Number HS10-C1022) with a proposal deadline of July 6, 2026.
The procurement was restricted to prequalified sources only; vendors not previously approved were required to submit a Source Approval Request package to the Source Development Small Business Office or contracting officer prior to award consideration. All offerors were required to hold an active conditional or final CMMC Level 2 (Self) assessment.
Place of performance was the United States. Qualification requirements mandated a complete technical data package including L3HARRIS TECHNOLOGIES drawing 177877, compliance with government repair process requirements per the ESA-approved engineering/technical data package including Unique Identification per DFARS 211.274, government-approved qualification test plan, estimated qualification costs of $13,000, and estimated 30-day qualification timeframe. Prequalification had to be achieved in writing before award; the contracting officer was not required to delay award to accommodate source qualification.
The repair effort was performance-based and deemed non-inherently governmental. The contract was firm fixed-price with a 120-day price hold period. Deliverables included one repaired power supply assembly with origin inspection and acceptance, delivery within 30 days of carcass receipt to DLA Distribution Barstow, CAVAF data, Repairable Item Inspection Report, Counterfeit Prevention Plan, and Engineering Change Proposal documentation. Packaging compliance with MIL-STD-2073-1 and MIL-STD-129, including heat-treated wood materials meeting ISPM No. 15 phytosanitary standards, was mandatory. Award was to the lowest-priced technically qualified offeror based on price reasonableness and balance evaluation criteria.
