About this opportunity

This pre-solicitation notice seeks information to support the potential remanufacturing of 88 F110-GE-100 aircraft engines for the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation (DLA Aviation) at Richmond. Under the potential contract, the selected contractor would carry out restoration, repair, upgrade and modification services to return the engines to full serviceable condition and incorporate applicable engineering changes. Interested parties must respond by September 18, 2018 with the requested information.

There is no set-aside designated for this potential award. The anticipated NAICS code is 336412 for aircraft engine and engine parts manufacturing with a size standard of 1,500 employees. As the notice seeks information to support a potential sole-source award, it does not specify any incumbent or current contractors. The value and period of performance were not included, but the scope involves remanufacturing and support for 88 aircraft engines to meet DLA Aviation requirements.
