About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Air Force Sustainment Center is seeking to procure F100PW-220/229 Module Kit Servo Valves through a competitive solicitation. These Electro-Hydraulic Servo Valves (EHSV) are spare parts that convert electrical signals into pressure signals to control fuel flow for F-15/16 aircraft engines, constructed from Nickel Alloy with dimensions of 6.3" x 6.3" x 10.5" and weighing 3.1 pounds. Potential contractors must be qualified sources prior to the solicitation closing date and submit Source Approval Requests (SARs) through the DoD SAFE system, with newly approved sources subject to First Article Testing requirements. The solicitation will be released on August 21, 2025, with proposals due September 22, 2025, and will be evaluated as a Firm Fixed Price contract with no options. An Ombudsman is available at (405) 736-3273 to address contractor concerns during the proposal development phase.
This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and is open to all responsible sources that meet qualification requirements. The previous contract SPRTA124C0087 was awarded on September 26, 2024, indicating an existing contractor relationship for similar services. The total procurement encompasses 62 units distributed across six Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), with quantities ranging from 2 to 40 units per line item, including 15 units under CLIN 0001, 2 units each under CLINs 0002 and 0003, 40 units under CLIN 0005, and 3 units under CLIN 0006. Importantly, funding is not currently available for this effort, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation before or after the closing date, with no obligation to reimburse offerors for proposal preparation costs.
