All technical data must be marked Controlled Unclassified Information with Distribution Statement C and delivered in English.
The second deliverable is a comprehensive depot gap analysis to support establishment of organic, Depot-level Repair and Overhaul Capability at Hill Air Force Base, evaluating OO-ALC's capabilities across 16 major topic areas including repairables, consumables, hazmat, support equipment, facility requirements, training, technical data, manpower, IT systems, capacity, DEMIL requirements, and supportability outlook. The contractor must develop a training curriculum and on-the-job training proposal to certify OO-ALC personnel in repair methods, LRU testing, and airworthiness certification, with Parker providing qualified personnel, training materials, and consumables. Four months' advance notice is required for Government Furnished Equipment. The NAICS code is 336413, Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing; the PSC is R425, Support-Professional: Engineering/Technical. Period of performance is TBD. Funds are not presently available; the Government reserves the right to cancel at any time.
