About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Hill Air Force Base is seeking information on sustainment of a High Resolution Programmable Display Generator (HRPDG) for the F-16 System Program Office located at Wright Patterson AFB. The pre-solicitation notice specifically focuses on qualification testing and integration of two additional Advanced Processor Circuit cards. Vendors interested in responding must submit a controlled document access request through SAM and possess a current and active Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification/DD 2345 for their applicable cage code. Responses to the Request for Information (RFI) must be submitted via email to Contracting Officer Laurie Auernig and Program Manager Lt. John Lyons by Friday, April 11, 2025, at 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. The opportunity is categorized under NAICS 541330 for Engineering Services and PSC R425 for Professional Engineering and Technical Support.
The pre-solicitation notice does not specify a specific set-aside designation, indicating the opportunity is open to a broad range of qualified contractors. No incumbent contractors or specific award values are mentioned in the document. The procurement is focused on technical qualifications and the ability to perform specialized testing and integration services for F-16 display generator components. Potential respondents will need to demonstrate technical expertise in advanced processor circuit qualification and integration, with access to controlled documents contingent upon appropriate security certifications. The timeline for the actual procurement is not explicitly stated, but the RFI response deadline of April 11, 2025, suggests the project is in the initial information-gathering phase of the procurement process.
