Responses to this sources sought notice are due by September 4, 2025, with questions directed to Ms. Marsey Iverson or Mr. Nathan Lee.

BAE Systems is identified as the original equipment manufacturer of the CFCC and holds all proprietary data rights for the system, associated support equipment, and test equipment. The notice does not specify contract values, budget ranges, or quantities of equipment to be upgraded. Foreign participation is explicitly prohibited for this procurement. The government emphasizes this is solely an informational request that does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract, with all response costs borne by interested parties.
