BAE Systems (CAGE 12436) has been identified as a potential incumbent or relevant contractor in this opportunity. The government has determined that it would be uneconomical to buy data rights or reverse engineer the part, and specifications or drawings are currently incomplete. The contract falls under the NAICS category 334412 for Bare Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing and PSC category 5998 for Electrical and Electronic Assemblies. One or more items in this acquisition are subject to Free Trade Agreements, and the government is not planning to use Part 12 policies for Acquisition of Commercial Items in the solicitation.
