About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Wright Patterson Air Force Base is conducting market research through a Request for Information on F-15 Engine Fuel Hydraulic Display (EFHD) Depot Activation capabilities, with responses due December 16, 2025. The RFI seeks industry input on repair and maintenance of the EFHD for the F-15 EX program, including associated parts, spares, technical data rights, and software support necessary to verify repairs at designated Air Logistics Centers.

The Air Force is developing a long-term support strategy that prioritizes organic maintenance capabilities while maximizing existing F-15 legacy assets. The government seeks cost-effective solutions and transition planning from contractor to government support. Respondents must submit unclassified white papers within 14 calendar days of the RFI posting (December 3, 2025), including detailed company information and capability descriptions.

This RFI targets companies in the Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing sector (NAICS 334511). The small business size standard is 1,350 employees. Potential respondents should prepare to participate in an Industry Day event. All respondents must comply with export control regulations. Technical questions should be directed to Jeffrey Hubbard; contracting questions to Laura Harr, both at AFLCMC.

Notice text

This request for information focuses on the provision of the above-referenced Depot Activation capabilities for the F-15 EX’s current Engine Fuel Hydraulic Display (EFHD). The repair and maintenance of the EFHD requires not only the EFHD itself but all associated parts/spares and the rights in technical data necessary to maintain and ensure the software used in the displays functions correctly to support verification of repairs at designated ALC. For further information, please see the attached documentation.
