Added: Oct 15, 2013 6:57 pm The Mission and Installation Contracting - Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for a Contractor to provide language experts to conduct reviews of DLPT5 test items in approximately 35 languages during the Base Option period and approximately 25 languages during the Option Period 1. The contractor shall also perform onsite proofreading of DLPT5 tests in no more than seven languages.
This acquisition is for 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 611710 - Educational Support Services, with a size standard of $14.0M. Performance period for the base period is 15 January 2014 to 14 January 2015 and Option Period 1 from 15 January 2015 to 14 January 2016. The contract will be a single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The award will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal offers the Best Value.
The technical proposal may consist of, but is not limited to the following:

Solicitation number W9124N-14-R-0002 will be available on or about 1 November 2013 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). Proposals are due Monday, 3 December 2013 at 3:00 p.m. (PDT).

Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) Database (www.sam.gov), prior to award of a government contract.
