The USPTO is proceeding without competitive bidding under the Alternative Competition Method in accordance with the Patent and Trademark Office Acquisition Guidelines and the Patent and Trademark Office Efficiency Act. The anticipated award date is June 13, 2026.
The primary objective of this Special Notice is to inform the public of the USPTO's intent to award a non-competitive contract to Expert Holdings LLC, as Dr. Isaacson is identified as the only known qualified source for the continuation of his expert work on an ongoing legal matter.
