Expand Existing Restrooms, B20204: The purpose of this Design/Build (D/B) effort is to renovate the existing men's and women's restrooms at Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) Bldg. 20204. The renovation shall expand restroom capacity, enhancing the facilities, and improve the overall functionality of the existing restrooms in strict accordance with the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Award was made to the lowest bidder, NBT Construction and Supply, LLC on 27 August 2024. Awarded contract FA940124C0012 to NBT CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY, LLC for 1759260.00 on 2024-08-27.
