About this opportunity

The United States Agency for International Development in Egypt (USAID/Egypt) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to gather feedback from local organizations regarding their capacity and experience to implement an upcoming Evaluation Management Activity. The purpose of this activity is to strengthen evaluation and learning processes, support USAID/Egypt and implementing partners in evidence-based decision-making, build local evaluation capacity, and increase dissemination and use of evaluation results. USAID/Egypt is seeking information on the technical and management capabilities of local organizations to conduct performance and impact evaluations using quantitative and qualitative methods. Responses to the RFI are due by November 7, 2024, and will not provide any advantage in a subsequent competition.

This opportunity is not set-aside for any specific designation. USAID/Egypt is not seeking technical or cost proposals at this time, but rather feedback on the attached RFI document. While USAID/Egypt welcomes any comments, respondents are advised not to submit proprietary information. The intended future procurement will be announced on www.SAM.gov at a later date, and the agency will not pay respondents for information provided in response to this RFI.
