Update #1 ·
Provide a manpower (technical) estimate for EUCOMs Operations, Plans, Logistics and Medical capabilities. The manpower estimate study will focus on the accurate identification of organizational manpower requirements (in terms of both structure, quantity and skill set) needed to support the Current/Future Operations and Plans Divisions, ECJ3 Directorate, Logistics Directorate - ECJ4 and Surgeon's office - ECSG at Stuttgart. The manpower estimate also needs to investigate the value of cross utilization/realignment of internal resources and/or partial/full scale capability mergers of current EUCOM Joint Table of Distribution (JTD) "spaces" and "faces." Overall, the (technical) estimate will provide a breakout of command manpower requirements to support day-to-day steady-state workload, surge scenario as well as transitional warfighting capabilities. The sections of focus listed below:
•a. ECJ33 - Operations Division
•b. ECJ35 - Plans Division
•c. ECJ39 - Information Operations & Special Activities Division
•d. ECJ4 - Logistics Directorate
e. ECSG - Surgeon
