Added: Sep 27, 2012 2:04 pm Family Advocacy Program (FAP) Network Sustainment Services:
The solicitation number is FA8601-12-R-0026. THE OPERATION OF THIS SYSTEM IS CONTINGENT UPON OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS TO XTENDABLE SERVER AND THE XTENDABLE SERVER SOURCE CODE. COMPANIES THAT DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THIS SOURCE CODE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED RESPONSIVE. The NAICS Code is 518210. The size standard is $25,000,000.00. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The requirement specifications are as follows:

The primary purpose of this contract is to provide critical system sustainment and development for the AFMOA Family of Systems and the modules developed to support them known as FAPNet/Q-base, the suite of systems supporting the FAP and the EFMP-M. System sustainment shall include software maintenance and other technical services. The contractor shall work with SPAWARSYSCEN to ensure system sustainment and development actions update to the production and test environments. References to development and test sites are only to ensure critical operational capability of FAPNet, such as "bug" fixes and security patches required to keep the system accessible. Maintenance of the current system is all that will be performed. At no time will the scope of capability that currently exists be changed under this PWS. Also, no additional capabilities will be designed, developed, or implemented. The AFMOA suite of applications relies upon Xtendable Server, a proprietary web engine owned by DWT, as their core software platform. As a result, maintenance, trouble-shooting and upgrades to any FAPNet programs cannot be done without using and interfacing with Xtendable Server.

Any questions should be e-mailed to robert.neeb.2@us.af.mil no later than 8:00 a.m., Central Standard Time, 28 Sept 2012.
