About this opportunity
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division seeks equipment calibration services for the Airborne Instrumentation Systems Division Machine Shop at Point Mugu, California, with proposals due June 9, 2026. The procurement is set aside for Women-Owned Small Businesses and carries a firm fixed-price structure covering a base year (May 25, 2026 to May 24, 2027) plus two optional one-year periods.
The contractor must maintain ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) accreditation meeting ISO/IEC 17025 and/or ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 and Z540-3 standards. Place of performance requires the calibration facility to be located within 75 miles of Point Mugu Naval Air Station. Services include at least one on-site calibration annually, with the first due before July 15, 2026; off-site calibration of test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment must be completed within two weeks. The contractor must maintain an online database tracking equipment by make, model, serial number, last calibration date, and next calibration due date, and provide calibration certificates for each item.
An amendment issued May 29 extended the response deadline from May 18 to June 9 and removed the requirement for Contractor Developed Requirement List (CDRL) and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance, eliminating DFARS 252.204-7021 and 252.204-7025.
Evaluation criteria are price, delivery and calibration turnaround time, proof of required accreditations, and a separate mandatory quote with specifications. Award will be made without discussions to the responsible offeror providing the lowest evaluated price. Payment terms are Net 30 through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). NAICS code is 811310; PSC is J066.
