About this opportunity
The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), a component of the Department of Homeland Security, is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) for an Enterprise Automation and Unified Task Orchestration (eAUTO) contract. The agency seeks to identify vendors capable of providing modern IT operations services, with a focus on automation technologies, unified task orchestration, and AI-driven predictive analytics across their enterprise IT infrastructure. Vendors must demonstrate expertise in hosting operations, cloud services, automation, unified communications, and change configuration management. The RFI requests a maximum seven-page PDF response addressing specific areas including Agile methodology, automation technologies, cloud services, and recruitment strategies. Responses are due by June 23, 2025, at 8:00 am ET, and must be submitted via email to Sarah Overton, the designated Contract Specialist.
The contract is currently not designated for any specific set-aside, though USCIS aims to determine if small businesses can perform the work. The anticipated contract will require 65-85 staff members to replace the current Enterprise Infrastructure Operations Support Services (EIOSS) contract. While specific budget ranges are not disclosed, the comprehensive nature of the services suggests a significant investment in enterprise-level IT infrastructure support. The RFI serves as a market research tool to inform the acquisition strategy, potentially identify appropriate contract vehicles, and assess vendor capabilities. All submitted responses will become government property and will be used exclusively for acquisition planning purposes, with vendors encouraged to provide real-world experiences and lessons learned from similar enterprise IT transformation projects.
Notice text
The purpose of this RFI is to understand the landscape of vendors, including both those that currently hold contracts on government vehicles and those that do not, that can provide the type of service outlined below. United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) aims to identify vendors that can recruit and retain staff with the experience and skills needed to meet the needs of this requirement. The results of this RFI will aid the government in determining if small business can perform this work and if any specific set-asides are appropriate. Additionally, responses to the RFI will be used to help USCIS determine which contract vehicle to use.
