About this opportunity
The Department of Justice's Office of Justice Programs (OJP) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified vendors for Enterprise Application Design and Development Services. The RFI covers 14 distinct service areas, including IT architecture, data integration, web experience, grants management, enterprise business management, and digital identity solutions. Vendors are required to submit a 10-page response addressing talent alignment, technical philosophy, development methodology, risk management, and performance strategies. The evaluation will focus on vendors' capabilities, past performance, government contracting vehicles, and technical expertise in custom computer programming and systems design services. Responses must be submitted electronically by April 3, 2025, at 2:00 PM ET to Zipora Chepkoit, with this market research effort serving as a preliminary step to potential future contract opportunities.
The pre-solicitation notice does not indicate any specific set-aside designations for small businesses or disadvantaged groups. The government intends to potentially issue one or more contracts using NAICS codes 541511 and 541512, which cover custom computer programming and computer systems design services. While no specific award value or budget range is currently disclosed, the comprehensive scope of services suggests a potentially significant contract opportunity. The RFI encompasses a wide range of technical services across multiple domains, indicating a comprehensive and complex procurement effort. Vendors are advised that this is a market research initiative and does not constitute a formal solicitation, and they will bear all risks and expenses associated with preparing and submitting information in response to the RFI.
