About this opportunity
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/ESYI) is preparing to procure engineering support for verification and validation of the Republic of Singapore Air Force F-15SG Integrated Electronic Warfare Suite, with a response deadline of May 29, 2026. This is a Foreign Military Sales case with anticipated start in August 2026 and a five-year period comprising five twelve-month ordering periods. Although this procurement is not being competed as a traditional solicitation, FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) permits all responsible sources to submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations; the Government retains sole discretion to award non-competitively based on responses received.
The core technical requirement is verification and validation of User Defined Files to ensure flight safety and data security for RSAF F-15SG fleet training operations within the Continental United States. The U.S. Government does not possess the technical data, system hardware, or intellectual property rights for the non-US integrated electronic warfare system, which constrains the competitive field and influences contractor selection criteria. No set-aside applies. Work is performed within CONUS. The opportunity is categorized under Engineering Services (NAICS 541330) and Miscellaneous Aircraft Accessories and Components (PSC 1680). No award value is disclosed in this notice.
