Tasks will requireeffort in the following technical support areas: Program Management, SystemsEngineering, Operational M&S Support, Strategic Planning and Policy Support,and M&S Software Development, M&S IT Support, Logistics, and Training. Adraft performance based statement is attached.

The Government anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery, IndefiniteQuantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Performance-Based type contract with a baseyear plus four one-year options. This procurement will be conducted under fulland open competition. The NAICS Code is 541330, with a size standard of $25million. The estimated release date for the RFP is on or about 11 July 2008.It is the offerors' responsibility to monitor this site for the release of thesolicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsiblefordownloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments. Thesolicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be availableover the Internet at the following SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston WEBSITEaddress: http://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil. No paper distribution of thesedocuments will be provided. The anticipated award date of the subject contractis scheduled for October 2008.
