Interested parties are invited to provide comments on the attached draft solicitation to the identified points of contact within ten (10) calendar days after publication of this synopsis. A determination by the government not to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Comments should be made via email to the identified points of contact below. Verbal and telephonic inquiries will not be accepted.
