About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center Robins Air Force Base seeks to procure over 1,000 Energy Efficient Small Shelter Systems to be used as expeditionary shelters for office, billeting, and work space. The shelters must be lightweight tension fabric structures measuring approximately 20 feet wide by 32 feet long and configurable to connect multiple shelters. Responses are requested from potential sources by February 24, 2020 to demonstrate their expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet technical and production requirements. Respondents will be evaluated based on their engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and ability to support production rates and timelines, provide technical data, and enter a long-term fixed price contract.
There is no set-aside designation for this procurement. The NAICS code is 541511 and PSC code is R499. The Air Force intends to procure over 1,000 shelters over five years to meet operational readiness needs.
