Added: October 19, 2006 Modified: March 15, 2007Track Changes The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 5 will issue a solicitation for emergency, time-critical removal and cleanup services. The contractor will provide the necessary cleanup equipment, personnel, material and other resources to support response and site assessment activities related to the release or threat of release of oil, petroleum products, hazardous substances, weapons of mass destruction or pollutants and contaminants that pose an actual or potential threat to human health or welfare, or to the environment. It is the Government's intent to award one other than full and open competition to a service disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB). The resultant contract is anticipated to be time-and-material, fixed-rate, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity. The period of performance will be three (3) base years with two (2) award terms of two (2) years each for a maximum of seven (7) years.
