Potential bidders have 15 days from the notice to identify their capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item.

The contract is subject to potential Free Trade Agreements and Buy American Act provisions, which may be detailed in the full solicitation. The procurement falls under PSC Category 5999 for Miscellaneous Electrical and Electronic Components, suggesting a specialized technical requirement. While no specific award value is mentioned, the procurement involves two units of a specific electronic module. Interested parties can access additional documentation through ASSIST-Online or by contacting the DODSSP ASSIST Help Desk, with most documents available in Adobe PDF format. The solicitation suggests a complex technical procurement with specific qualification and documentation requirements.
