About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking to procure electronic components, specifically NSN 7H-5998-015286638-VN, with a quantity of 47 units. The procurement involves manufacturing or repairing a part that requires specialized test and inspection facilities to ensure ultra-precision quality and system integrity. Interested parties can obtain relevant specifications and standards through the DoD Single Stock Point (DODSSP) in Philadelphia, either via online download or by contacting their help desk. Delivery will be FOB Origin, with the government expecting proposals that can demonstrate the specialized testing and inspection capabilities required for this precision electronic component. The opportunity was posted on November 15, 2024, with a response deadline of February 28, 2025, providing approximately 105 days for potential contractors to prepare and submit their capabilities. While no specific award value is disclosed, the procurement involves a relatively small quantity of 47 units, suggesting a potentially limited contract value. The product falls under Product Service Code 5998 for Electrical and Electronic Assemblies, Boards, Cards, and Associated Hardware, indicating a technical and specialized procurement within the electronic components manufacturing sector.
