About this opportunity

The Naval Sea Systems Command, through Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane, is soliciting Engineering, Technical, Logistics, and Programmatic support services for Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Depot tasking. This competitive procurement will result in the award of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Task Order available to SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) MAC prime holders on an unrestricted competition basis in accordance with FAR 16.505. The solicitation notice was posted on February 19, 2026, with a proposal due date of March 23, 2026. Prior to this solicitation, the Government conducted market research through three separate Requests for Information and Sources Sought announcements in November 2024, January 2025, and July 2025 to inform industry and gather capability data. All solicitation documents, amendments, and controlled materials will be posted on the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module at https://piee.eb.mil, with notices flowing to SAM.gov.

The contract carries no set-aside designation and represents a continuation of work currently performed under existing Task Orders N0016419F3010 and N0016423F3008. The resultant Task Order will have a base period of one year plus four one-year options, for a total of five years if all options are exercised. The services will be performed at NSWC Crane located in Crane, Indiana 47522, and fall under NAICS 541330 (Engineering Services) and PSC R425 (Support-Professional: Engineering/Technical). While specific budget or award value information is not disclosed in this notice, the competitive nature of the solicitation and continuation of current depot support activities indicate substantial government investment in this critical electromagnetic warfare capability. Interested vendors must be current SeaPort-NxG MAC prime contract holders to be eligible for competition.
