About this opportunity

Travis Air Force Base seeks to procure 35 ELI380 electrocardiogram machines from SCImage to equip the David Grant Medical Center. The Air Force Mobility Command requires the machines interface with both the MHS Genesis electronic medical records system and the base's cardiology Picture Archive Communications System. Proposals will be evaluated on the offeror's ability to provide ELI380 EKG machines from SCImage meeting these interface requirements. Proposals are due by July 24, 2020.

This is a sole source requirement for SCImage as the ELI380 model is the only equipment that has approval to operate on MHS Genesis while also interfacing with the on-base PACS. There is no set-aside designation. The place of performance is Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, California, with delivery required by November 30, 2020. The procurement is for 35 EKG machines from SCImage at an estimated total value of $350,000.

Notice text

Travis AFB has a requirement for 35 new Electrocardiogram (EKG) machines for David Grant Medical Center.

The specific model that meets all required features is the ELI380. The machines must also have the capability to interface with 60 MDG's cardiology Picture Archive Communications System (PACS) as well as the new DoD/Defense Health Agency (DHA) MHS Genesis electronic medical records system.

Market research indicates SCImage is the only source with ELI380 EKG Machines that also have Authority To Operate on the MHS Genesis medical network and interface with PACS.  This is a sole source requirement for SCImage.
