Interested companies have thirty (30) days from the publication date to submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations, though the government retains sole discretion in determining competitive procurement.

The pre-solicitation notice indicates no specific set-aside designation for this opportunity. The contract modification will be awarded to Raytheon Technologies Corporation's Pratt and Whitney division, located in East Hartford, Connecticut. The effort is anticipated to begin in late Fiscal Year 2025 with options for two additional years of support.
