All Amendments to IFB Solicitation No. S13PS00011 must be acknowledged in Block 19 of the SF 1442 or signed copies of the SF30s submitted with the bid package for sealed bid to be considered responsive.

Added: May 13, 2013 2:59 pm Modified: Jun 20, 2013 3:09 pmTrack Changes Invitation for Bid (IFB), Solicitation No. S13PS00011, for the Dwight Mission Reclamation Project at Sallisaw Creek Park in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma failed to post on FedConnect when it was released on June 4, 2013. Due to the delay in releasing the IFB on FedConnect, the MANDATORY Site Visit & Pre-Bid Meeting has been rescheduled for July 10, 2013, and Sealed Bids will be opened in Pittsburgh, PA on July 23, 2013.

Amendments to IFB Solicitation No. S13PS00011 must be referenced in block 19 of S13PS00011 SF 1442 Rev under Amendment 1 for bids to be accepted.

Added: May 13, 2013 2:59 pm The Department of the Interior's Office of Surface Mining Reclamation & Enforcement intends to release an Invitation for Bid (IFB), Solicitation No. S13PS00011, for the Dwight Mission Reclamation Project in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma on/about June 4, 2013. This is a total small business set-aside. NAICS 237990 is applicable. Size standard is $33.5M. Work includes grade and cover existing coal mine spoil piles; stabilize the slopes of a hazardous water body; create impoundment for spoil disposal; and seed, fertilize, and mulch all work areas. Estimated price range is $1,250,000 - $1,750,000. The official release of the IFB will be posted on FedBizOpps (https://www.fedbizopps.gov) and FedConnect (https://www.fedconnect.net). No hard copies of the IFB will be issued. Amendments, if any, will also be available online. MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on or about June 26, 2013. Bids will be due on or about July 9, 2013. Start of Work is anticipated early August 2013, and completion late May 2014. Contractor must have an ACTIVE registration in the System for Acquisition Management (https://www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award. Point of contact for this action is Lydia Gashel.
