While this is a notice of intent rather than a formal solicitation, interested parties may submit capability statements describing their qualifications to fulfill the requirement via email by September 8, 2025 at 10:00 AM Central Time. The government will evaluate any responses solely to determine whether to conduct the procurement competitively, though opening the requirement to competition remains at the government's discretion.
This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and is structured as a sole source award to Flex Force Enterprises, LLC, with DZYNE Technologies identified as the original equipment manufacturer. The contract value is redacted in the attached sole source justification documentation, though the acquisition falls within the simplified acquisition threshold. The requirement encompasses counter-drone systems capable of detecting, identifying, and tracking unmanned aircraft systems that may enter Little Rock Air Force Base airspace, with instant detection and defeat capabilities against commercial drone threats. Performance will occur at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas 72099, with the 19th Security Forces Squadron serving as the end user of the counter-drone equipment. The contracting officer determination is scheduled for September 2, 2025, with the 19th Security Forces Squadron planning to continue market surveillance for emerging counter-drone technologies.
