About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command is seeking to procure supplies under the DSP PROGRAM CARD contract opportunity, with a Pre-Solicitation Notice posted on January 21, 2026, and a response deadline of March 9, 2026. While the specific goods or services are referenced by NSN 1R-0000-LLF02M737-EX (REF NR H538S035-02), the detailed procurement description is not fully articulated in the available notice text. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1 authority, though all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond. Interested parties should note that contractual documents will be issued via mail, facsimile, or electronic commerce methods, and the Government's acceptance of a contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement on this approach. Potential contractors should obtain relevant Military and Federal Specifications, Standards, and Qualified Products Lists through the DoD Single Stock Point or ASSIST-Online at http://quicksearch.dla.mil/, with assistance available through the DODSSP Help Desk at 215-697-2667 or 215-697-2179.

This procurement carries no set-aside designation and specifies a requirement for 65 units with delivery on an FOB Origin basis. The contract allows for early and incremental deliveries, providing flexibility in the fulfillment schedule. No incumbent contractor information, specific budget range, or award value is disclosed in this Pre-Solicitation Notice. The abbreviated nature of the publicly available notice suggests that detailed specifications, evaluation criteria, and pricing information will likely be contained in the formal solicitation to follow. Prospective bidders should monitor the opportunity for updates and prepare to submit proposals by the March 9, 2026 deadline once the full solicitation is released.
