About this opportunity
The Department of Energy, through Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC (LLNS), is seeking qualified suppliers to provide periodic drafting and design services. The required services include CAD drawing and model creation, corrections, checking, analyses, and high-speed design verification, utilizing various CAD software applications such as Creo Parametric, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and PADS. Interested parties must have the necessary hardware, software, and staffing capabilities, as well as the ability to obtain ITAR registration if required. LLNS intends to issue a 5-year Labor-Hour Master Task Agreement (MTA) under which individual subcontracts (Task Orders) will be issued for the design tasks. Respondents are required to submit a Supplier Capability Questionnaire by the due date of August 30, 2024.
This opportunity is not set-aside, and LLNS cannot guarantee a consistent flow of work or any level of effort. Certain drawings may be subject to stringent export control requirements. LLNS will require each participant to propose fixed annual labor rates for the term of the effort, but no specific award value or budget range is provided in the pre-solicitation notice.
