About this opportunity
This Special Notice from the US Agency for International Development Colombia (USAID/Colombia) solicits security report writing and training services. USAID/Colombia seeks a local contractor to design, develop, and produce quarterly Regional Security Information Reports and special reports as needed to inform USAID/Colombia and its implementing partners about security conditions in Colombia.
The contractor will also design and deliver a five-day Security, Safety, Awareness, and Preparedness Training Program covering security strategies, first aid, and stress management for USAID/Colombia staff and implementing partner personnel. Interested contractors must submit responses by July 31, 2020 to be eligible for the one-year base contract with three one-year options. The training program and quarterly reporting requirements aim to keep USAID/Colombia and its partners informed of national and regional security trends to enhance safety for all parties operating in Colombia.

USAID/Colombia is seeking the services of a local contractor to provide security report writing and training services.
The contractor will design, develop, and produce Regional Security Information Reports (RSIRs) and Special Reports to distribute to USAID/Colombia and its implementing partners. RSIRs and Special Reports will inform USAID/Colombia and its implementing partners about national and regional security information, incidents, and criminal trends.
The contractor will design, develop, and deliver a five day Security, Safety, Awareness, and Preparedness Training Program to train USAID/Colombia staff and its implementing partner personnel.
USAID invites the prospective offerors to provide comments on the draft RFP. Please give us your advice on how to improve the document. The date for comments has been extended.
