Amendment 0012 established a government-specified fixed percentage for the Surge Option (CLIN X008) at 10% of the total proposed price for Field Maintenance CLINs (X001-X004), which the Government will calculate separately during evaluation. The place of performance is Patuxent River, Maryland, where a Pre-Proposal Conference was held on June 11, 2025 for interested vendors seeking clarification on requirements and procurement details.
